I'm just coming back publicly at the moment to ask, where is your landline connected, is it connected into your standard telephone sockets or into your Virgin Media Hub (Modem/Router) directly?
Have you received an adaptor to link it into your Hub recently?
The last bill was shredded before christmas 2022 as i said our post has been so erratic for weeks now we actually got two christmas cards posted mid december about 2 days ago
my wife deals with all the payment side she is not here right now but i need the phone working asap
