My phone line isnt working, no dial tone catn call out and people cant call in.
We need tthe landline as out mobiles vut out constantly on wifi and we have vunerable people in the house.

I'm sorry to hear there are some problems with your phone line. Just to confirm, are you currently finding this issue on the phone connected to the Master Socket (either in the wall, or back of the Hub), or an Extension Socket?
How many devices do you currently have connected to your phone line? Are you able to try any alternative handsets?

phone is connected to master socket 3 wireless phones in total, someone said they were goign to connect to hub but that never happened and the wifi in the house is spotty at best so we cant really use the mobiles.
