For months now my parents have not had a working landline, no dialling tone, they have changed the home phone, changed the wire and still nothing. The status check says there are no issues, there is a green tick but it still isn’t working. My Mom is vulnerable and Dad is a pensioner so they really need access to this.
Can I please have some support.
