My landline has not been working since Saturday (and possibly for longer). My problem is similar to that raised in numerous other posts, no dial tone and it doesn't ring when the number is called. I have tried plugging in a different phone but had the same result.
I tried raising a complaint (since I could see no other way to report the problem) and was told to ring 0345 454 1111 but was unable to get through to speak to anyone. When I was asked to enter characters from my password this didn't work even though the characters were correct.
How can I get this fixed?
