Landline not working

Hi, my landline isn’t working. No incoming or outgoing calls this morning, I’ve tried dailing out and ringing in with no result.

service status says no known problems. Any help much appreciated.

Hi there @Mrs_G1, welcome back to our forum and thanks for your post.

I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with your landline. I have checked our systems and can see there does seem to be an fault in the area that is causing this. The reference for this fault is F010335414. The current fix time for this is 6pm today.

These times are estimates only so they can change depending on the complexity of the issue. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues after the current fix time and we can check this for you again.
