I’m not receiving any calls on my landline and can’t dial out. There is no dial tone. Have checked at my end and there is no issue with my kit. I’ve checked the service status for my area but there is no mention of an issue. I can’t call 150 as that doesn’t work from my mobile despite me being o2/virgin customer. Very frustrating! Help please!

Have you received the adaptor to connect the land line to the hub?

thanks for coming back to me so quickly. Unfortunately I haven’t received any adaptor - should one have been sent out to me, is that what is causing the issue? If so, how can I arrange to get the adaptor please? Thanks
