As per title - no dialling tone, nothing. If I ring it from my mobile, I get a ringing tone on that, but nothing from the landline. I've tried connecting via the hub, but nothing there either.

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome back to our Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Landline. To clarify, do you have no dial tone when testing the phone in both the Hub and Wall Socket?
I've had a look on our side, and it does appear that you've recently been migrated, so you should now be plugging your phone into the adapter (if needed), and then into the 'TEL 1' socket on the Hub.
Can you please ensure this is plugged in, and then reboot your Hub by switching it off at the back for around 30 seconds, before switching it back on again?
