I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline at the moment. I have looked into this on our system and can see that your number has recently transferred to a new provider, have you arranged for this to happen?

I thought the change was to take place on 29thNov as per Virgin e-mail but no landline since Tuesday
