Since last night my landline has been down I’ve checked all other phone within the house and it’s the same no dial tone. I can not make or receive calls. I need to have use of my landline as it is connected to my MEC. Please resolve this issue.

I've ran some checks and it does appear that unfortunately, there is an outage affecting services at the moment so please accept my apologies for this.
The estimated time of fix is today at 2pm, so please let us know if things are still not working after this time and we'll take another look at things for you.

I am so sorry that you are still effected by this issue, I have checked and I can see that the outage is now due to be resolved at 10pm this evening.
