Apologies for the service issues faced with the landline, upon checking our services I can see that you are currently affected by an outage.
There currently isn't an estimated fix time set for this I'm afraid however our team will be looking to resolve it as soon as possible.
Thanks for coming back to the thread. I am sorry it's not fixed, when checking the outage is seemingly resolved. Can you unplug the landline and replug in for me? Let me know if resolved everything
