Landline not working

Could you please check landline at my parents home at [REMOVED]....tried two handsets but still not tone

I am so sorry to hear that your parents are suffering with a loss of service on their landline, we do not recommend posting personal details to the forums publicly as this can be a risk to your own security so we will edit the post to remove the personal information.
