How can I contact Virgin if my landline isn't working? (I'm just getting the message "Line is in use", but nothing else).

Yes, I renegotiated my contract yesterday. However, my current contract doesn't end until November 18th. One of my requests was to lose the landline. I'm wondering if this was done immediately, rather than on the date my contract ends.

That makes sense, however you are right your landline should still be working up until the 18th, so it sounds like there may be a fault.
I've amended your line remotely on my side after doing a health check, could you check whether it's working over the next 24 hours please?
