Hi, my landline hasn't worked for some time. I have no dial tone and when I call the number from a mobile I get a constant engaged tone. It is plugged into the wall socket, but not sure if it should be plugged into the hub 2? Would be grateful for any help. Thanks

Hi there @jamesnewton, welcome back to our forum and thanks for your post.
I'm sorry to see you are having issues with using your landline, have you been able to check our service page to see if this is due to any known area issues? If not, you can do this here.
If you have checked and it shows no issues I would recommend checking our landline help page here to see if this helps.
If you still need further help after checking everything mentioned, please let us know and we will be happy to help further.
Regards
Nathan

Hi, I have checked the status but the landline hasn't worked for months. There isn't an option on the landline help page relevant to my problem. Should my phone be connected to the wall socket or via the hub? Thanks

Sorry I've missed your question there, jamesnewton - Yes! the landline should work over the wall socket, we can discuss further in private as I've sent you a PM where you can reply now.
Cheers
