I haven't used the landline for over 12 months and it's not working. Not sure whether there's a fault in the area even though the website says there isn't but looking at other community posts. It seems like there are faults but don't say what area. Fault seems to be at the telephone junction box. Everything post the switch is fine.

Can you confirm if the handset is connected into the master socket?
Can you confirm if you have tried an alternative handset on the line?

Yes, tried two phones and took the front off the socket and connected to the inside, no dial tone

Thank you for that information. It sounds like we may need to get an engineer out to investigate this.
