After the internet was down for over half the day yesterday, today I received an email to say my services are better than ever. Not sure that’s the case as I now have no phone line!!!
There is no tone when I pick up the phone to make a call, and when you try to call the landline from another number it is dead/it does not even connect.
Please help to fix asap.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your landline looked into, I am sorry if it's been causing some frustration for you.
I've done a health check on your landline from my side and can see that you will need an engineer visit, I'm going to PM you with more information for this.
