The landline on my elderly mothers phone is not working. It went off mid call an hour or so ago. I tried ringing virgin on her behalf but they could not help as they want her to ring from her mobile so they can run diagnostics. She is only on pay as you go on her mobile so won’t ring as it’s too expensive to be hanging on. I’m in a different town so cannot do it from mine. She does not have broadband so no internet.
No dial tone. I did the postcode check and no issues reported.

I am sorry to hear your Mother's landline isn't working. Appreciate that isn't ideal.
