My home ( and only) phone is not working. I have no tone at all. Have gone through all suggested troubleshooting ideas after checking service status that showed no issues.
Any help appreciated.

Can I ask what is occurring on the line when you try to use it?
Also, is the line plugged into the wall or the Hub?

The line is dead. I can hear a ringing tone when I dial from my mobile but the handset does not ring out.
It is plugged in to the wall.
