Land line not working
checked phone and wall plug. All appears correct. But no joy

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you don't currently have a working phoneline and for confirming you have checked the the wall socket.
I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues at all, when you checked the wall socket did you also remove everything including any extensions and filters, were you able to try a different handset, standalone basic phone if possible?

i now have an engineer coming out Monday pm. Hopefully he/she can fix it
