Today we had a power cut, since then my dads home line is not working. We've tried ringing 150 and the person we spoke to said we had to be at dads to do some checks. The phone has been unplugged and plugged back in, but VM refused to arrange for an engineer to call.
My dad is 86 years old and lives on his own, his neighbours are away in Scotland so we have no way of checking on him, how do we get this sorted, if VM aren't prepared to help?
