My landline hasnt been working since at least 12th July, no dial tone, have checked all connections and they are all ok, a service status check indicates no fault in my area. Help page on website is no help whatsoever as it just takes you round in a loop, and cant get through on phone to report it either

I'm sorry to hear that your phone has no Dial Tone. I've taken a look at things on our end and can see that your line is also unreachable and is indicating a line fault.
