Our landline hasn't been working since Saturday, or earlier. Caller thinks we aren't answering but not ringing. No dial tone and can't make calls. Phone screen saying 'check phone line'. Service status says all ok. Have done all the tips but nothing works. 'Fix your landline' just goes round in circles. 150 saying it's not my password, but it is as I'm here!
