Landline currently not working. I have assumed it’s due to the switch over to fibre as the date I was given for my switch was 7th June.
However, no adaptor to connect phone line to hub. Called VM today and they tell me I have to have an engineer and no appointments until end of July. It’s really not good enough!
Can anyone confirm if the switch over happened on 7th June for the SP2 area?

I'm sorry to hear your landline is not working as it should be currently and this may be down to the switchover.
