Landline is not working and hasn't done so for a while. There is no dial tone (just a lot of noise) so can't make calls, and inbound calls can't be received. Have tried everything in support but that just takes you round in circles. I've tried different phones and tried the test socket, nothing works.

I have also got as far getting some tests run by VM but needed to call back after ten minutes to get my results but calling back just kicks off another round of tests and call back in ten minutes etc. etc.!

Could really do with getting this resolved, thank you

I am so sorry you are having issues with your landline.

Thank you for trying different handsets, I have checked our systems and there are no outages affecting you, so I will book you a technician to take a look.
