Landline not working

Hello,

As of 30/5/2022 we have had no dial tone on our landline, cant make or receive calls.

Service status shows ok for WN3 6EX but i guess thats not correct, i have tried the test socket on master box and also another phone to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
