Landline not working

Hi, my landline is not working, i can’t  make and receive calls. When I’m trying to call my landline straight away there is a recorded message saying “The person you are calling isn’t around right now please leave a message” but there is no missed call showing on the display and no message even when I tried to leave one. When I try to make a call from my landline you can hear it dialling the number and after that there is quiet. Something similar has happened before a few times and every time the technician had to come and switch some connections in the Virgin box on the street. Can you help to book a technician, please?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues when making and receiving calls on your Landline. I've ran some checks on our end and I'm unable to make contact with your landline to run any diagnostics.
