Landline not working...

Tried multiple numbers this morning...all go to engaged tone. Tried to ring in to my landline number...get engaged tone. Voice mail (1571) not connecting.

Phone not dead...dialling tone is present.

Help....!

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your landline, I have looked into this further for you as I was able to locate you on the system. 

This will need a technician visit to resolve, I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment.

There should be a purple plum like icon at the bottom of your screen, if you find that it will put you through to the private message conversation.
