We've moved house, set up the broadband with no major issues however there is no dial tone on the landline. It's connected directly to the wall phone socket. I have tried a different handset and same issue. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about this! Is it possible you could try and connect your landline into the back of your router/hub and let me know if there is any difference?
