Hi, landline has been down for two days now. Had a service fault showing yesterday and had a text saying it was fixed today, but it's still not working (no dial tone and can't call in either). Have checked handset and all working and have plugged directly to wall socket (not via extension) and is still the same. Have no option online to book an engineer, as the service status / help page just gives an error message. Any help greatly appreciated.
