Have you taken a look at our Landline Faults page at all? You can take a look to see if this can help narrow down the issue.
However, I was able to locate your account on our system, and from looking into this issue further with a colleague, we can see that this issue cannot be resolved remotely. In order to book a technician to visit your property, I will need to confirm a few details with you first.
