Landline has no dialling tone and unable to make/receive calls. No issues in the area, plugged into the wall (all ok) and same issue with another headset plugged in. Unable to get through via helpline too. Please reply ASAP as landline is used by a vulnerable customer.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Landline services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
