Recently my landline phone has stopped working a couple of times, and yesterday it went off completely and I can't get it back on. On the phone screen it reads "check phone line" which I've done a thousand times. I've had a new hub today because I was having issues with the WiFi and when I called VM yesterday they said there was a fault on my hub. I assumed that's why my landline wasn't working. But the new hub is up and running and still the landline is saying "check phone line". The phones are new and I've even tried my neighbours phones. I don't know what else to do 😞 I've checked the status in my area and it said no issues.
