Landline not working

  • Recently my landline phone has stopped working a couple of times, and yesterday it went off completely and I can't get it back on. On the phone screen it reads "check phone line" which I've done a thousand times. I've had a new hub today because I was having issues with the WiFi and when I called VM yesterday they said there was a fault on my hub. I assumed that's why my landline wasn't working. But the new hub is up and running and still the landline is saying "check phone line". The phones are new and I've even tried my neighbours phones. I don't know what else to do 😞 I've checked the status in my area and it said no issues.

I'm sorry you've had problems with both your broadband and landline. 

 

I'm glad your broadband is now working, can you confirm if your landline is since posting?

 

it looks like there may have been an issue in your area at the time.
