I'm a carer for a Virgin Media customer and his home telephone does not work. I have tried plugging in a different telephone to see if it's a 'phone rather than line issue. This still does not work. How can I get this issue fixed? Your customer is bed bound and unable to log on to his computer. I have attempted to ring your helpdesk but was on hold for an hour before hanging up. I have his account details but don't know where else to turn. Can anyone offer any advice please?
