I’m unable to receive/make calls from my landline, it’s connected via the wall socket and always has been not the Hub.
Im able to phone the number from a mobile for example and it just rings and rings.
Spoke to the technical team who said I need to connect it to the hub for it to work. I explained I’m unable to as I don’t have the adapter and it’s been fine for the past 17 months via the wall connection, only since I requested to cancel it’s not been working.
I have not changed my equipment recently and the only thing I can think of is that I requested my 30 days cancellation 2 weeks ago.
