My landline isnt working, help no use at all, (tests say inconclusive, please call), tried calling lots of times, at my expense from mobile, noone ever answers.
No dial tone from phone, tried connecting as usual into wall socket, also tried connecting directly into Hub3. all the same
if you call my landline from external, it just appears to ring but nothing comes through on phone
status says no reported issues in area.
Anyone from Virgin available?
cannot get through to support on phones after waiting for ages on my mobile, no email contact, no online chat, not working status check on phone, still no phone line.

I'm sorry you're not getting any dial tone on your phone. I can appreciate you'd like to get this sorted out.
