I am sorry to hear you have been having trouble with your landline service.
Usually, when there is no dial tone, there is not much we can do on our end to try and resolve the issue if we have not located an area fault that may be the cause.
We will always offer the next available appointment at the time of your call/contact, however you can check for alternative appointment time slots via your online account here. There is a chance that there may be cancellations for appointments already booked this week, however there is of course no guarantee.
Kindly let us know how things go on Friday if the problem remains unsolved before then.
