We noticed today that our home phone is not working, it is completely dead, nothing, not a sound. It’s not connected to anything but the virgin telephone socket.
I phoned and reported the fault and have received 5 text messages from ?
1)Telling me that the problem is fixed,
2) go to service status
3) going to check again
5) phone call centre.
The phone isn’t working and the call centre is closed!
All we would like is a working phone.
Thanks for your post and sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your landline. Also apologies for the delayed response. How many sockets do you have and if more than one have you tried those or alternate phones to try in the socket?
