The line either has a cut somewhere outside or there is a fault in the street cabinet.
To get this fixed quickly call 03454541111 from your mobile. Or from a payphone or if you don’t have inclusive minutes call 08001831234 and select option 4 then option 2 and you will be put through to customer services and faults.
Please have your Virgin phone number ready when calling. If you don’t know your phone number you can enter your account number and two digit area reference when requested.
