Landline not working

Cannot make or receive calls (it says the number is invalid) via the landline, did the virgin media service status checker and it says everything is alright in our area.

We've unplugged the phone, left it for half an hour, plugged it back in and still nothing.

Any ideas?

Do you have any dial tone?

 

Are you connected via the wall socket or your hub please?

 

Do you have another handset you are able to try?

Hello Vikki,

No dial tone on either handset and we are connected via a wall socket.

Have you received any communication from us regarding the home phone switch over?

 

This is where the phone line will be provided via the hub and not the wall socket.
