Letter received this week my landline going digital 14th April. Called Virgin advising concern as router upstairs, landline downstairs. Didn't really understand issue and today received socket for router and now landline no dialtone. Called faults and asked to check connections to the router! Explained I should still be analogue as can't connect downstairs landline to upstairs router . Help!
