I have run some remote diagnostics and it's showing that you may be currently impacted by a fault in the area [ref# C01142745 ], however the estimated fix time is showing as 30 SEP 2020 17:00. So we will be working to get this sorted as quickly as possible.
no resolution to our landline problem. VM checks show no issues but we still can't use phone. Of course, we are unable to use 150 service and using other provided number is a wate of time - was on hold for 25 minutes and eventually hung up.
