My landline seems to be faulty since this afternoon (can't make or receive calls, no dial tone). When I phoned Virgin tonight on my mobile and asked them to test the line, they had no answer as to the fault aftee putting me on hold for a few minutes, and they just told me they'd migrate me over by sending an adaptor. I just want my landline fixed but no offer to do that was made. Has this happened to others? I don't want to be forced to switch over before I have to! Thanks.
