Can someone please update me when the landlines will be working? My 86 year old mother relies on her phone as well as the personal alarm connected to the socket. Her neighbour’s phone was reconnected yesterday. I have spoken to a representative last night and was told someone would be in contact. Thank you.
Thank you Steven_L for responding. As far as I know there is no dial tone. Initially the issue was for the area but as I mentioned, her neighbour was reconnected. I was told last night that the Area Managers were looking into it and would contact me. I appreciate it may take a little while but I am so worried as she is vulnerable and really needs access to her personal alarm should she fall.

The appointment has been set for today and is still on the list for the engineer to complete today. The engineer has 3 jobs left for the day and your mothers is a priority visit so will be done before the engineer finishes for the day.
