Landline not working how to book engineer

How do I get in touch with virgin to book an engineer for landline that’s not working.

Please can you expand on what is happening with the landline.

Are the cables secure not cracked or damaged?

Have you tried a different handset?

Have you got a letter about migrating over the digital line recently? Cheers

hi, my landline is dad, I’ve checked all cables are ok and tried plugging my phone into my sons landline and the phone is working. When I phone landline from mobile I just get an engaged tone but nothing comes on landline.
