Landline not working for 2 weeks

Hi, it’s Virgin Media. We’ve put your service visit on hold while we investigate a network problem affecting your services. We’ll update you when this is fixed.

Received this text on July 20th and still nothing has been resolved.

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

Sorry to hear you've not had a working landline for some time and have since received this text. This only happens when a wide-scale fault has been detected, and therefore sending a Technician directly to your property wouldn't help, or resolve the problem.

I've taken a look at things on our end and can see you've spoken with our team regarding this. There was currently a fault that was affecting the landline service. This was resolved around an hour ago.
