Landline not working after switchover

I can dial out from my landline but when someone tries to dial in it says the number is not recognised?

Have you recently had a number brought over from a previous provider at all? 
Have you tried dialling from your landline to a mobile to see if the number is matching?

Hi, yes I can dial out from the landline and my mobile recognised it. However when I try to ring the landline (or whenever anyone tries ring) it says number not recognised.

Could you perform a reboot for us and wait 10 minutes for everything to come back online and then attempt to call your home phone and see if it connects and makes that lovely ringing sound.

Rebooted but still getting the "number not recognised" message when I dial.
