I ported my landline number to a different provider and have been waiting for a new number allocation. I'm paying for a landline based home phone (wanted to drop it but it was automatically added to the bill) but have no number. Can someone help please?

Thanks for your post and it's great having you back on board with us in the Community.
Usually when porting a number from us to another provider, when the number ports successfully, the telephone line is cancelled.
I'm happy to take a further look in to things but I've been unable to locate you on our systems using your forum credentials. I will need to confirm some information with you in order for me to proceed with checks.
