Hopefully someone from VM will read this as I've not had a landline for nearly 5 months after moving into a new house. I did contact VM at the time, and I got a text message stating my landline had been fixed. Which it definitely hasn't.
Since Covid / people WFH / Website login not working / me getting bored of trying / not really needing a landline anyway / etc. 5 months have passed and I still have no dial tone.
I actually thought about writing a letter as it seemed the only way I could contact VM to get this fixed.
Any suggestions where to go from here?
I'm not annoyed, but I would like it fixed as I've been billed for it.
