My landline in the WN5 (Billinge) area has gone dead.
I cannot now make or receive calls.
I need the landline to communicate with very frail elderly parents in their 90s
Need this fixing quickly please.
Have tried using the messaging service on the VM app but it says you’re ‘having problems with messaging at the moment - please try later’
Plesse can someone from VM advise how I get this problem resolved.
