Desperate to cancel my landline phone package as it has not worked for months but can't get through on my mobile. Please reply as I can't afford to pay for something that does not work and that I would not use no anyway. Fed up of trying to call from my mobile. Been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years but might just cancel everything as the service is super expensive compared to new customer deals elsewhere. I've never had a discount or anything for my loyalty. Please get in touch with me ASAP before I cancel my direct debit.

More than happy to look into this for you, but before I do it is worth mentioning that if you remove the landline there's sometimes little or no difference in price. This is because the more services you have the bigger discount you get on the overall bundle.
