Landline not ringing

When dialling landline from other phone can hear ringing sound but landline not ringing. Tested by plugging other phone in and get the same so it’s not phone at fault

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you're currently unable to hear your phone ringing within your property.

We appreciate you trying an alternative handset to eliminate the equipment already.

Can we ask if you have your phone plugged into the socket on the wall or the back of your hub? 

You will need to have your landline plugged into the back of your hub in the port that states TEL1.

Can you confirm if you have tried this already.
